When ever I place a piece of kitchenware that has a silver finish in my dishwasher and use the extra action it turns them black. Not sure if it is chemicals that are in this or what, but I have destroyed a lot of items.

I have hard water (too much calcium) and with the platinum packs I do not have to wash dishes more than once. It totally cleans my dishes and does not require that you "prewash" the dishes. I love this and is the best out there!

As a senior citizen who does not have the use of hands as in youth, the simplicity of using a product that is not only easy, with no mess, and does an outstanding job.....Welll, of course I can endorse this product with enthusiasim
