When we first got our dishwasher we used a store - brand gel. It left our dishes filmy and cloudy. As soon as we switched to the cascade platinum they cleared right up. And it's true- even if you don't rinse- the dishes will come clean!

Since using Cascade Complete Packets in my dishwasher not only do my dishes come out sparkling clean but my dishwasher is also fresh and clean smelling with no build-up on the interior. Thanks Cascade for the wonderful product you created.

Used over 30 of these and end up with water spots every time. I have to go back with a damp cloth and wipe down everything that comes out of my dishwasher to get the water spots off. Bit aggravating.

I haven't been happy with Cascade pacs till this one for my dishes ... Normally I use the gel pacs in the laundry ( they rock there ) .... But the Platinum rocks dishes come out clean and no film ....

This is an excellent product and makes the job even simpler with packaging that eliminates heavy lifting, spills, hardening or clogging. It completely dissolves in the dishwasher and cleans all surfaces of dishes with a shine. Thank you.
