My dishes come out sparkling clean every time. I love the ease of just slipping one of the packets in my dishwasher, shutting the door and going on my way.

The gel pack did not dissolve during the normal washing cycle. There was a glob left in the detergent cup that I had to clean out. Then I washed the dishes again using the powder product.

When ever I place a piece of kitchenware that has a silver finish in my dishwasher and use the extra action it turns them black. Not sure if it is chemicals that are in this or what, but I have destroyed a lot of items.
