Recently purchased a 4.68 lb. package of regular Cascade. When I tried to open it today, there was no pouring spout, had to tear a hole in the box. Shouldn't it have had a pouring spout?????? Nan Chattanooga, TN

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually don't use my dishwasher. I like to hand wash but when I do use it, I use cascade. My dishes come out clean and I don't feel the grim left behind

Does a great job cleaning - just don't buy the 110 pack package - too many are in this package and they "crush" the bottom packs and they start to leak.

Used over 30 of these and end up with water spots every time. I have to go back with a damp cloth and wipe down everything that comes out of my dishwasher to get the water spots off. Bit aggravating.

My repairman chastised me today for using packets,"they don't dissolve and stick in the bottom of the dishwasher".Today was my 5th appointment to repair my dishwasher, and I don't ever want to see him again.

I love gel products because they never leave soapy scum spots as some dry products do. The dishes come out of the dishwasher soooo clean and shiny. I love Cascade all in one Actionpacs......they dissolve into BIG action!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the only dishwasher soap I will use!!! I have an older model put you wouldn't know it as my dishes always come out shinny and clean. I will never use another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Baked on crud that I couldn't scrub off came off the first time I used Cascade Platinum. It's the best dishwasher detergent I have ever used. I highly recommend everyone to try it for yourself.
