I am very disappointed that my cups come out with tea stains - as well as lipstick stains on glasses. I rinse all my dishes BEFORE putting in dishwasher. What can I do?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have tried other products, and this one is the Winner! I am NOT one to "prewash" dishes before you place them into a dishwasher, and this product is the one for ME!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing else gets my dishes as clean as Cascade. I've tried everything and only Cascade works the best.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishes were cleaner than with anything else I've ever used before. Fresh smell, sparkly clean, I couldn't ask for more.

I use this product and lately i have been having a problem, with having to rerun, the same load over and over again, because it is not getting my dishes clean. I keep having to buy more because i am using so many to get one load of dishes clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Starting using these instead of the cascade complete at our beach house because of the hard water stains.....work wonders on the white film that was on everything!

When I first used this bottle of Cascade, it was very difficult to squeeze it out of the bottle. Later it was like water with the sound of gravel in the container. I shook the bottle several times during use. What was wrong with Cascade?

I don't know what you'll did to change cascade, but it does not clean my pots and pans like it used to. There for I won't be buying your product any more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We always used this for our dishwasher and it worked great, but it sometimes couldn't get baked on food off. That could have been our older dishwashers fault though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that my dishes get clean and sparkly...and the packets are mess-free. Also the bag takes up less space in my cabinet than the big bottle of liquid soap.
