[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is clean. No residue, stains or dirty dishes. I don't have to presoak before loading the dishwasher. Love it!!

Platinum pacs are so much better than the original. We love the liquid aids. The pacs won't always dissolve in our old not-hot-enough washer, but a quick puncture to dump the powder lets us get the same clean dishes anyway!

I bought the 3 pack trial size and I must say I was not impressed. It left my dishes stickey, there was food left in the coffee cups. I had to rewash some of the silverware.
