The action pacs did not dissolve in the dishwasher. I thought one pac may have been defective, so I rewashed the same load of dishes with another action pac with the same results - a complete cycle with an undesloved pack and unclean dishes.

Cleans great if you can get it out of the bottle. The gel crystalizes and you are unable to sqeeze the gel out, having to remove the pour spout and still having problems gettin the cleaner out. Iwould not recommend the gel

I love my clean dishes. No wandering if they are clean enough. great product and great buy. Will buy again and tell my friends also. No worry and no mess, no pouring. Love the shine on my dishes and even on pots and pans too.
