We're sorry to hear this, since we'd like you to be able to enjoy sparkling dishes with Cascade. Unfortunately, hard water can be a nuisance. It can fight against the detergent to allow minerals and food particles to settle back on dishes, which results in a film. To prevent this from happening, we suggest trying out our Rinse Aid, and also checking to see that your dishwasher sprayer arms are clean and can move easily. As well, ensure that the water is hot enough by running your kitchen sink before starting your dishwasher. We hope that you find success with the tips! You're always welcome to give us a call at (800) 765-5516 if you have any questions.
