At first I loved the Cascade ActionPacs I used them for about 2 months. I have a Daycare so I use the dishwasher 2 to 3 times a day. All of a sudden the past 4 washes the Pac has NOT dissolved and my dishes were dirty. Now my dishwasher is discolored (orange). I guess I'll go back to Cascade liquid. If you have any idea's that can help I would like to know thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have very hard water which always leaves a residue. Using this product has removed the residue and all of my dishes sparkle. Looking for coupons and using it every other time makes it's value stretch further.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a septic system, I have to be careful what I put down the drain and still clean my dishes. Cascade Pods and all of Cascade product do the trick. I have seriously iron rich artesian water well. Cascade is able to handle the minerals and still get everything squeaky clean. Won't use any other product. My mom used Cascade for 45 years so it's natural for me to continue using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product gets stuck on food off dishes. Food that has sat for a few days comes off with not a second thought. I LOVE this product. I would tell people GET IT! USE IT! You got Clean dishes and you wont have to think twice or clean twice.

I bought the action pacs on a whim, a friend had said she used them and I figured i should give it a shot. Never again!! They left my dishes dirtier than when i put them in the dishwasher! They left a white film on all of my dishes and managed to ruin one of my nice pots!

I have been a total advocate of Cascade for years. Until this month is has been the only dishwasher product I would ever consider buying. Unfortunately the past few months my dishes simply do not get clean and have a terrible white film on everything. I thought it was my dishwasher but just found out it most likely is due to the no phosphate formula. I have tried everything but the new formula, no matter which type I purchase, simply does not work with my hard water. I have been forced to switch to another brand. Even though it still does not compare to the results of the "Old" Cascade at least I am no longer ruining my dishes.

We purchased two boxes of Cascade with "Dawn" for use in automatic dish washer. In the first few minutes of use the dish washer began to ooze suds from the door and out of the over flow pipe. After stopping the washer, mopping up and cleaning out the soup dispensers we had to cycle the machine several time to clear out all the foam. Another product used afterward from a rival company worked without any problems. This product maybe better marketed as a bubble bath. I do not recommend it for use in automatic dish washers. I also recommend you try out your products before going through the expense of manufacturing and marketing.

It has made my dishes cleaner, sparkling every time I take them out of the dishwasher, and there is no residue or film left on glasses. It has also made my dishwasher smell fresher and get cleaner even after a messy load of dishes. I will continue to purchase this product.

Cascade does a beautiful job on my dishes and glasses. No film, just sparkle! My comment us about the container. I just opened a new tub (Like a small bucket) holding 115 packs. I removed the band so I could open the lid. I looked at the band and thought for sure it was to be reattached to enable the consumer to have a handle (like a bucket has). It could be easily adapted to reuse the band in this way if there were tabs on each side that could be pulled open and that band then hooked on in the existing holes.

Hey, the chore of doing dishes now is so easy even my husband does it without incident... THANKS for making the process that much more complete and easing the hassle of always having to practically wash the dish before putting it into the machine... A Cascade user for LIFE, well, as long as I am doing dishes...
