I absolutely love the All-in-1 ActionPacs! They are convenient, time-saving, and work wonderfully. My family is non-stop with work, school, and all-year-round sports seasons as well as dance and music lessons. I hate washing dishes that come out of the dishwasher because they didn't come clean. It wastes what little time I have! I used to have to buy not only a dishwashing liquid but also a drying agent. I could never find the right combination of these that would actually work while cleaning the dishes well. Now, Cascade has solved that problem for me. THANKS!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these pacs because I have used a variety of products from cascade that work well. These not only looked & smelled good/appealing, but I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the dishes. I would definitely recommend using if you are having a hard time finding a good detergent to get dishes clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cascade has been our "go to" dishwasher detergent for over 35 years. Platinum seemed a natural progression to us and we were eager to try it. It provides us with our cleanest dish, glassware, flatware and cooking utensils yet! We love the "no pre-wash" feature and the convenience of the "pac" packaging. We are loyal Cascade fans and pass our recommendation on whenever appropriate.

I have been a customer for 20 yrs. Your product is now useless and I have discarded an almost full box. I have to wash the dishes before I use your product and again after I use your product. I'll keep trying other brands until I find a suitable product. The phospphate- free is an issue, but it's your problem. Find a soluton or get out of the business.

Okay guys, I get it...linking a product to "New Zealand" sounds exotic, clean, green and fresh to most people. But for those of us from there - who actually know what New Zealand smells like - it's a bit of a stretch to say that the fragrance of these delightful little pellets smells anything like a New Zealand spring. Okay, it does say "inspired by" but maybe you should get someone with a better sence of smell to come up with a location specific fragrance. It works great - but it smells horrible. Sorry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these little pods! There is no messy powder residue, it's all pre-portioned, all I have to do is load the dishwasher and then pop one pod into the designated latch on my dishwasher. One pod even takes care of the most stuck on, dried food. I've never experienced any issues with dirty dishes remaining behind since switching to these. Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other detergents I have used have been really hit or miss. Most a miss! This product was great from the very start. There is nothing like dishes coming out of your dishwasher squeaky clean. Not having to rinse the goo off of them from the cleanser is a plus. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone!

I have been a fan of cascade action pacs since they have been on the market. My dishwasher is run one to two times a day and I have depended on this product have been happy with it until recently. I noticed the new scents and decided to try them out. I purchase the lavender scent a few weeks ago. I enjoyed the nice aroma it produced in my kitchen when the dishwasher was running, but I started to notice the food I cooked in my pots and pans having a funny taste of lavender. I finished using the pack because unfortunately I am not in a financial position to trash it and buy the regular brand. Unfortunately, my husband did the shopping this week and brought home the Thai scent and I am having the same issue. I do not have my receipts so I can not submit them for a refund from Cascade, but I want other mothers to know not to make the same mistake. I will purchase the original action pacs again, but the scented pacs are the pits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had someone helping me with a dinner party one night and they put my delicate, expensive china and stemware in the dishwasher by mistake I almost fainted. Not to worry the cascade platinum pacs saved the day.The Queen of England's finest china would have come out as safe and clean and shining as mine did.

I received a coupon for the new cascade all in one action packs and have used them twice now. Each time i have had residue on my glasses, detergent marks on my black service utensils and dirty dishes. I have used other cascade products previously with great success, this one however is unacceptable. When my dishes are done, I want to be able to unload the dishwasher without having to worry, now I have a quarter of the dishes back in there to clean abain. I wont be purchasing this product in the future.
