Dear Cascade Complete Pacs, I'm sorry I cheated! All those people in the TV commercials that said "Finish" was better than you, made me question our relationship after all our years together. So, I strayed. I left you for that other product. But I'M BACK! You are the best and I'll never leave you again. My dishes finally look, smell, and feel clean again. Finish is finished! Cascade...you and I will be together forever.

Thought I would give your Actionpacs a try. The plastic pac does not dissolve enough to dispense soap. Dishwasher goes through complete cycle and the "Actionpac" is still in the door. They do not dissolve in water as stated on the package. Waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received a sample of the Cascade Platinum pacs and tried it for the very first time. I was so pleased that I ran out and bought some. The dishes came out nice and clean -- I didn't have to rewash a single dish. I have known for a while how great Dawn is for fighting grease. I keep a bottle of it in my laundry room for grease stains on clothing. The addition of it to the Cascade pacs was genius. Loving my clean, sparkling, grease-free dishes!

I have always used Cascade--never even considered buying another brand. But when I used the first of the all in one packets, I was sooooo disappointed. My dishes were covered with a chalky white substance that was hard to wash off using a little scrubbie pad. What has happened to Cascade?

My Little one likes to mash her food on the tray and in her bowl and my 5 year old son likes to leave unfinished cereal in his bowl without any milk in the sink. Any parent can understand where i am going with this. I take her high chair tray and bowls that have food stuck to it like super glue and throw them right in the dish washer. Especially dried on, caked on and hardened cereal bowls and throw in a cascade packet and my worries go away. When the dishwasher is finished, not only are my dishes are food free and clean, but my dishwasher is also clean and has a fresh scent. No more musty dirty smelling dishwasher.

I hate washing dishes, and this prouduct saved me from many nights standing over the sink washing load of dishes. it cleans the food and all i at first didnt think it would work but it did the cascade all in one is a great product not hard at all to choose what im gonna be using for now on.

I just read the article about removing the phospates from Cascade. I also just realized that I bought a new dishwasher for no reason. It turns out it was the Cascade causing my dishes to remain dirty...not my dishwasher. I have always used Cascade and I am extremely upset that I wasted money on a new dishwasher that I didn't need and didn't know the issue was with the Cascade.
