We have a brand new dishwasher and more often then not the packs do not desolve when it is run. After the cycle ends you open the door and the pack is still half full or more. How do dishes get clean if theres not soap in the dish washer. Love the cascade liquid but not the packs.

I have used cascade packs over the past several years and won't go back to try other brands. Cascade packs leave your dishes sparkly clean ever time without prescrubbing!

I used to use a lot more product in my dishwasher, I couldn't gauge how much I would need despite the directions. I decided to try the packets and was surprised to find my dishes squeaky clean even in the short cycle! That means a lot to me since I live in the high desert and water is precious...and the new formula works great. I couldn't be happier with the Cascade complete packets!

We recently moved and no longer have a dishwasher but in previous Home cascade was the only product I would buy for the dishwasher, it worked much better than any other products I tried. Dishwashers are great, but not when they smell bad and glasses have smears and dishes still have grease and food traces. Might as well wash by hand. Then comes Cascase Complete, one of the few products that lives up to the hype. Diswasher smells clean after cycle, glasses sparkle, dishes shine; and, the packs are pretty, convenient and even fun, yes fun to use. Love the packaging, when empty it can be used to store all sorts of items. Love the product!!!

I have been using Cascade Complete for a few years now and I would not put anything else in my dishwasher! I never have to prerinse or prewash. I dont have to waste time preping I just put my dishes in with my Cascade Complete and I know they will get clean. I love this stuff!!!!!! A+++ thank you for the wonderful dish detergent!
