reply from Supplier Response

Cascade Platinum is designed to clean 24-hour stuck-on food so well you can skip the pre-wash, so we’re disappointed to hear this hasn’t been your experience, since this certainly isn’t the quality we’d expect! There are several reasons why this could be happening, so we’d like to help with this. Please give us a call at (800) 765-5516.
