These are too intense. They make all my food taste like detergent, especially anything silicone. And it's rubbing the print off of some of my mugs. I'm switching away.

Have been a Cascade user for 30 years. Never used anything else! Really liked the action pacs at first. No mess! Great idea! But every piece of aluminum I washed using them turned dark and dull. Can't restore the shine. Very disappointed.

I cannot not get the scent of this dishwasher detergent off my dishes. I can taste it. I will be throwing the rest away. Why does everything have to be scented anymore?

I bought the cascade complete dishwashing pacs and are highly disappointed. out of the pack at least 5 of them never dissolved they are soak and wet but never dissolve. I can say we will not purchase them again.

I purchased Cascade Complete a month ago and I am very disappointed This product left residue on my dishes, pots and silverware. I had to hand scrub all in an attempt to remove this residue.

I love Cascade liquid but the Action Pacs are totally hopeless. My cups and mugs never come out clean using them. And, strangely, I can't find the jugs of Cascade in the stores anymore! Why not?

It doesn't work. It leave power all over dishes. An I follow the instructions EXACTLY on the box. The dishwasher repair person recommend it but water alone works better.

I have used cascade platinum for years, but the fresh scent version leaves my dishes smelling and tasting like soap. I am retuning two 92 ct packages and have switched to finnish.

It is CRAZY that the platinum plus tubs are made from #5 plastic but cannot be recycled due to the metalic label. This was flagged a year ago on this forum. So for marketing reasons, this has to go to the landfill. Will not be purchasing again.
