I found that if I use two in my Samsung Dishwasher I get the results they speak of. Prior to I was only putting one in my dispenser. Now one in dispenser and one in bottom of the washer itself.

We were about to give up on our dishwasher and throw it out. Our dishes were cleaner before we put them in the dishwasher. Since we switched from Cascade Total Clean to Cascade Platinum ActionPacs the dishes don't have that hard water film.

This stuff works better at cutting grease and cooked on crud than the Finish brand we had been buying at Sam's. I have three kids, our dishwasher gets packed FULL, and I haven't had any dishes come out that need cleaned again.

Best dishwasher detegent. I scrap off the lumps of leftovers but do not rinse dishes. They might sit in the dishwasher a day or two until I run and everything comes out clean. Love Cascade Platinum

Had a different brand from Sams club but wasn't doing the job. I was afraid that my dishwasher needed to be replaced. When I started to use cascade platinum did great job cleaning dishes.

Other than a quick rinse, I don't pre-wash my dishes and they always come out clean and spotless using these pacs. Which is something that can't be said for all the other detergents I've used.

I don't know if it's my water quality but when I use this my dishes stink. When I was living in another state I tried this and the dishes stunk. Since I'm in another state I thought I'd give it a try but same result.

The product works well and at a good price point, but the casings often feel like they may be leaking a bit. Not a major problem as we use our dishwasher all the time so any possible dampness is not a big deal.

It. Is. AWESOME!! Couldn't believe the commercials, so I decided to give it a try. Works like a charm. Even with dried-on food, the dishes come out sparkling clean.

Great dishwasher detergent. Takes hard to remove food off your dishes. You don't have to pre wash or rinse before putting them in the dishwasher, and then sometimes they wouldn't be clean. Thanks for a great product!
