We'd be happy to share some tips to ensure that your dishes get a great clean: -The water in the dishwasher may not be hot enough, as it must be at least 120F/49C, so run hot water to sink before starting dishwasher. -The water pressure may be too low. Try to running dishwasher when no other demands for water are running (e.g., shower, washing machine, watering the lawn, etc). -Make sure the dishwasher sprayer arms are clean and can move easily. -It could also be the dispenser cup is blocked. Anything can block the dispenser, from something larger, like a dish, to something small, like a utensil. -If the ActionPac™ sticks to the dispenser cup, this can prevent it from fully dissolving. To prevent this from happening, make sure your hands are dry when handling the product, and that the dispenser cup is dry. If everything else is fine, check to make sure the dishwasher is getting enough water. To check for this, put a large measuring cup or mug in your dishwasher on the top rack, open end up and run dishwasher. When the cycle is done, the cup should be completely filled with water. If not, there isn't enough water flowing into dishwasher. To remove any residue left on your dishes, put them through another cycle with automatic dishwasher detergent. We hope this helps!
