Lacking fluff

Not sure if I was doing something wrong, but they weren’t fluffing up. But still work great

We're sorry to hear this, Mark, as our Dusters do go through many quality checks to ensure that you can enjoy the best possible results with them. We'll be sure to let our team know how you feel. For a great clean, make sure to fluff the fibers before inserting it onto the handle. We hope this helps, and we'd be happy to learn more about your experience. When you're able, please give us a call at (800) 214-8734.

Dusting is easy

Gets rid of dust. I even use it on my mirrors.
