Swiffer blue pads

Less fluffy since COVID started. Approximately 1/2 as fluffy

reply from TheSwifferTeam

We're sorry to hear this, Julia, since we have strict quality controls in place to ensure our Dusters reach you in the best possible condition. We'd like to mention that no product changes have been made since 2016. As well, to fluff the fibers, hold both ends of the duster cloth and move your hands up and down quickly in a wave-like motion. We'll be sure to pass your comments along to the rest of our team, and please give us a call at (800) 214-8734 so that we can learn more about your experience.
