We'd expect you to enjoy an effective clean with our Dusters, as we can assure you that they go through many quality checks. As well, they're designed to trap and lock dust, dirt, and allergens. To get the best possible cleaning results, we suggest fluffing the fibers of the duster cloth before inserting it onto the handle. To do this, hold both ends of the duster cloth and move your hands up and down quickly in a wave-like motion. We hope this helps, and please give us a call at (800) 214-8734 if you have any questions.

We're sorry to hear that you're feeling disappointed, Mary, since we can assure you that all our Dusters go through multiple quality checks to ensure that you can enjoy an easy yet effective clean with them. We'll be sure to share your thoughts with our team. It may be helpful to know that we offer our base Dusters (blue) and our Heavy Duty Dusters (yellow), and the Heavy Duty version does feature 50% more fibers. To get the best possible results, we suggest making sure that you fluff the fibers before attaching the duster cloth to the handle. We'd be happy to learn more about your experience, as well as answer any questions you may have. Please give us a call at (800) 214-8734 when you're able.
