I will buy these agsin

First time buyer. I was really happy with the way this picked up the dust. My only complaint is that on some dusters that I attached to the wand that the wand poked through the duster making it a scratching hazard.

Dusting made easy

Quick and easy way to keep the dust bunnies off your furniture. I even keep one in my SUV for dusting the dashboard and gets down in the vents without any trouble.

What happened to the good kind?

I was disappointed that these dusters were not the heavy duty ones that I bought the last time. What happened to them? They are not even available at your store or online. These are dinky. I had to go to Home Depot to buy the heavier ones.

Good product, but...

I love Swiffer dusters BUT seriously don't need a new handle in every package. You could save yourselves (and us) some money and at the same time, help eliminate plastic from the environment, by leaving the handle out of refill packages.

a waste of money

This was my first time purchasing this product. The wand is flimsy and way too short. The dusters don’t really slide on the wand securely. I may as well use a dust rag, as there is no advantage for hard to reach areas with this item.

This certainly isn't the experience we'd like you to have, since we can assure you that a lot of thought goes into the design of our products. As well, we have many quality checks in place to ensure that you can enjoy the best results. We'll be sure to share your feedback with the rest of our team. To securely attach your Dusters to the handle, make sure both handle prongs are inserted all the way into the sleeves, which can be found on the back of the duster cloth. We'd be happy to look into this further for you and see how we can best help, so please give us a call at (800) 214-8734 when you have a moment.

Good product - bad odor

Now when I dust my home thats allergy friendly, I get the overwhelming odor of gain detergent or something like it. I get rid of the dust because I have asthma and allergies. Now I have to find a new way to dust. If you keep your home unscented like me, don't buy these new swiffers. Yhe scent is overwhelming and disgusting.

Horrible since They changed them

Used to love these but not anymore. They have cut the amount of material used by half and now they barely work. Not worth the money anymore since it take 3x as many to do what could be done with one. They don't pick up the amount of dust they did with past style.

We're sorry to hear that a great Swiffer fan like you feels this way, as we have strict quality checks in place to ensure that our Dusters reach you in the best possible condition. To get a great clean, we recommend making sure to fluff the duster cloth before use. To do this, hold both ends of the duster cloth and move your hands up and down quickly in a wave-like motion. We'd also like to mention that we haven't made any recent changes to our Dusters. However, it may be helpful to know that we offer two versions of our Dusters: our base Dusters, which are the ones in this product listing, and our Heavy Duty Dusters, which feature 50% more fibers. Your comments will be shared with our team, and please give us a call at (800) 214-8734 if you'd like any further assistance.

Swiffer should be embarrassed

Ridiculous .63 per duster and this is the wand they are bold enough to "include" People!!! Don't be stupid like me! Go to the Dollar Tree and save yourself some money and frustration. Swiffer should be ashamed! I'm so upset!!! Btw This is not against Sam's Warehouse This is an embarrassment on Swiffer
