[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You know, it's really hard to beet a Swiffer. There is some sort of magic in those little fibers because it picks up everything, even the cat hair which seems to be everywhere! As an added bonus, for some reason the kids like to use it too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently put laminate flooring in on our main level where we previously had carpet. We have a dog that sheds pretty bad and it seems like there are always dust bunnies and fur balls floating around our laminate, which makes it look dirty. Using a regular broom just pushes it around and doesn't clean it up, so we were very excited to try out the Swiffer Sweeper to see if it would make a difference in the way our floor looked. The easy-to-attach pads fit nicely over the sweeper bottom and the handle easily expands and adjusts to your height, which is great since my husband and I are both different heights. We tried out the Swiffer on the flooring where there were a lot of fur balls from our dog. The Swiffer seemed to be a hair magnet! Once we pushed the base over where the hair was, it stuck right to the pad and didn't just get pushed all over the place. We went over our whole floor and when we were done, the pad was covered in fur and dust - and our floor looked amazing! The best part was the easy clean up - just pull off the pad and throw it away. That's it! No dust pan required. We were extremely satisfied with the Swiffer and will definitely be purchasing refills for this base once we run out!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the swifter refills are a one time use, throw away when finished kind of product. The ease and convenience of bring able to toss when finished is a huge plus for me. The design is thin and flexible and that makes it easy to sweep under furniture. I prefer to use the dry cloths rather than wet refills, because I choose to use to use only natural products for washing the floors where my dogs will be. The refills are somewhat expensive, so something to keep in mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got this, I had my doubts about the swiffer mop. But after using it, I was impressed. The little cloths that were in the sample pack smelled AMAZING. My home smelled so very fresh after I mopped. The only thing I did not like about it was the lack of "scrubability". If you have little splotches that are caked onto your floor, this device does not allow you to scrub as hard than if you were using an actual mop. The swiffer mop is great for homes who have minimal floor use and not for high traffic areas.

My family and friends always ask what I am using to keep my place so neat and tidy and I pull out the swifter and they say I need to invest in one if this is the type of job that it does.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Swiffer Sweeeper Base Starter Kit came at the right time. My floors needed to be cleaned really bad, they were nasty. So out came the kit. I put it together quickly, I had an old Swiffer (pretty much the first model) and it immediately felt sturdier than that model, that one went in the trash. Then I cleaned my floors, they went from gross to clean. The Swiffer Wet did not pick up the dust that the Swiffer dry didn't pick up around the garbage can and refrigerator, but all in all it's pretty clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving the Swiffer Sweeper! I vacuumed my hard wood floors and then used the Swiffer Wet. They shined after using this. Then it was onto the kitchen where the tuff stuff lies. Again it shined when I was done. It even got some of the hard stuff off the floor. I used the dry Swiffer clothes behind the couches and it gathered all the dust bunnies. This is great for hard wood floors that love to collect animal hair and dust bunnies. Love!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the swiffer products for many years, in fact, I still have my old swiffer products. I thought it would be good to update to the newer product since mine is so old. What a difference! The new swiffer product is much less sturdy and feels much cheaper than the older products. The starter kit did come with wet pads and dry pads. One thing you will want to make sure is that your floor is vacuumed before using this, which kind of defeats the purpose. If you have any larger items on your floor such as pet hair or fuzzies, this will just move it around rather than picking it up. Especially if you are using the wet mop feature, it will wet the dirt and you will smear it around the floor. Another thing that I had an issue with, is the cloth not staying in the gripper holes, they kept falling out and I had to keep fixing it. As far as cleaning, I was able to clean my darker wood floors and they looked very nice when I was done. However, I have lighter wood floors in the dining room and the cleaning solution left streaks which were visible. Whether or not you like this product will depend upon your cleaning preferences and the surface you are cleaning. If you do not have a large area to clean, such as a small kitchen area, this will be perfect for you. if you have a larger area, you will need to change the pads out very frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dry Swiffer (4/5): The dry Swiffer picks up a lot of dust and hair that you don't see with the naked eye. (See picture) The big items (crumbs, grass, etc.) it struggles with. The best combination is the Swiffer and an old fashioned broom. The stick allows you to reach a lot of awkward spots. I am very pleased with the product and will continue to purchase it. Wet Swiffer (2/5): A very poor quality product. When you open it the cleaning solution spills all over the floor. Then when you use it the product doesn't last very long. I have a small kitchen and one wipe won't clean the entire floor let alone my downstairs (all hardwood). It does work well however. The wipe gets a lot of spills and dirt. I will not be purchasing the wet Swiffer in the future.

I first used the dry mop cloths and they got up all the loose grime off of the floor then I followed with the wet wipes and it cleaned and shined my hardwood and tile floors. I love that I could just use the wipes and then turn them over and use the other side. What a great product I highly recommend to all busy moms trying to keep the house clean !!!!
