I have a dog though, so I actually like to vacuum first and then use the dry sweeper to get the hard to reach spots or missed dog hair. Then I love the wet sweeper. Works great and makes the house feel cleaner right away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried the Swiffer Sweeper (with wet and dry cloths). This product is AMAZING!!! I wish I started using this sooner!! I have 3 large dogs, 3 kids with lots of heavy traffic through my kitchen. I am constantly washing and sweeping my kitchen and it's normally a big process until now....The dry cloth gets all of the fine particles and dog hair that a lot of times I miss when sweeping. The wet cloth does an amazing job cleaning my floor and it doesn't leave my laminate wood floor dull and cloudy looking like other products I have tried. The sweeper assembles easily and quickly and for me, it stores easily (better than my mop and broom). The only thing that I need to figure out is how to properly use the scrubber on the wet cloth, that was the only thing that was difficult for me to use, but other than that, I LOVE it and would highly recommend this to my friends and family!!! :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a big fan of Swiffer! We have a dog who sheds A LOT and a toddler, so I'm constantly cleaning the kitchen floor. First, I use the dry cloth to pick up as much fur as possible, and then I use the wet cloth to get the rest and clean the toddler's most recent mess. The dry cloths work by static, so they are really good at pickup up fur and dust. The wet ones have a scrubber edge which is amazing for getting up sticky spots and dried food. My favorite part of using a Swiffer versus a broom is that I don't have to bend down to use a dustpan. I just sweep, drop the dirty dry cloth in the trash, scrub, and then drop the dirty wet cloth in the trash! Granted, these won't clean up Cheerios that have spilled on the floor, but that's what the dog is for!!

No bucket, no waterspills, hardly drying floors! Easy and fast, I use the mop to wash the walls also in the bathroom for example. Really convenient.

I would have asked what type of maintenance it would need to keep it useable,what the cost was,how much does it weigh and what stores carry it. I have a dog and a cat that seem to shed all over and I always have trouble cleaning the kitchen and bathroom floor because I feel I am always sweeping. But now that I have the swiffer it made cleaning these floors an ease. First I started with the dry cloths and it picked up so much dirt and pet hair. Swiffer nicely and effectively cleaned all the pug hair dust bunnies from underneath the table and everywhere. It was so easy to maneuver too. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Swiffer Sweeper dry in the past and was hoping to see increased levels of performance using the wet wipes. Unfortunately, two problems plagues me. One, the wet wipes seem to leave the floor quite sticky when done. Also, it seems they do not last very long and if you have more surface area, you might find yourself going through the wet attachments more quickly. The dry attachments seem to work better, but again, are not designed for any hardcore cleaning jobs. They are good if you have small amounts of dust to occasionally clean up.
