Crest Mouth Rinse

Stains teeth

I've been using invisaligns for the past six months and my dentist was shocked to see how stained my teeth were recently. I had no clue until she told me that some mouthwashes have been reported to stain teeth. Turns out this one does.

Like all mouthwash products that effectively fight plaque and gingivitis, Crest Pro-Health mouthwash products contain and active ingredient that is recognized as safe and effective. These anti-plaque/anti-gingivitis mouth rinses can contribute to temporary, surface-level brown tooth discoloration. This tooth discoloration is actually a sign your mouthwash is working. After it kills germs in your mouth, the dead germs can collect on the tooth surface and create the appearance of a brown stain. Brown discoloration is reversible and preventable. To help aid in the removal of tooth surface stain, we recommend a tartar-control/whitening toothpaste, a power toothbrush, floss, and regular dental visits. We recommend you discontinue using this mouthwash, and hold onto it for two weeks, in the event our team would like to collect it. Crest pro health
