I brush my teeth 2-3 times a day and floss at least once a day. When I started using this mouth wash it caused brown staining in between my teeth that required the dentist to scrape off. This is attributed to the mouth wash. While it was able to be removed, I will no longer use this product. My white teeth looked horrible after using this mouth wash.

In my opinion, it is unpleasant and I find myself looking for a mint to get rid of the taste in about 10 minutes. The product may work as advertised, but I cant't get past the taste. Will go back to my tried and true product I have used for years.

I've started using this mouthwash since the first day I received it, which was the 12th of November. I honestly love the fact that this mouthwash doesn't give you that burning sensation like most mouthwashes. I've had terrible experiences with other brands that would nearly make my eyes water because of the alcohol burn, so the fact that this mouthwash contains no alcohol is a plus. I would always be concerned for how long my fresh breath would last, and with this mouthwash it really does last all day! Also, I haven't even noticed any plaque buildup as much as before. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Pro health mouthwash has helped my battle in bad breath. My teeth feel cleaner, my mouth tastes and smells fresher, and overall it has helped me with keeping my mouth healthy. It does leave a blue-ish residue on my tongue but that hasn't affected much and it doesn't stay there for long, especially if you brush your teeth after vs. before.

When I use Crest Pro-Health I don't have to deal with any of that but still had the same results if not better. I have been using this for well over a month consistently . And have a noticeable change in the appearance of my teeth and a fresher mouth. I would highly suggest this mouthwash.
