Got to say I'm honestly suprised at how well it actually works. Seeing all these other reviews on how great it was I was thinking sure ppl are just telling them how awesome it is because they got it free to try. And got to say my teeth still feel cleaner then they normally would haven't noticed my teeth getting any whiter but I'm deffiantly impressed with the results I did get

Since I've replaced my old mouth wash with crest pro-health multi protection, my teeth are CLEANER, I have LESS PLAQUE hiding behind the back of my front teeth on the bottom (which is extremely hard to get rid of :/), I have FRESH BREATH, there's NO STINGING when I use it, and it only takes 30 SECONDS!!!!!! I love this mouthwash!!! Unlike some others I have used in the past, Crest Pro-Health does not have any burning sensation. It makes your mouth feel clean and actually healthy. with in the first day of using this I felt the difference in my mouth and with the help of using it three times a day and taking pictures I can see the difference now. I use one cap full, half the cap before brushing and the other half after brushing.

Pro health mouthwash has helped my battle in bad breath. My teeth feel cleaner, my mouth tastes and smells fresher, and overall it has helped me with keeping my mouth healthy. It does leave a blue-ish residue on my tongue but that hasn't affected much and it doesn't stay there for long, especially if you brush your teeth after vs. before.

I take a lot of medicines on a daily basis due to a disability. Because of the medicines that I take, my mouth tends to stay very dry, which in turn, gives me a yucky taste in my mouth. Since I have been using the Pro-Health Multi-Protection Mouthwash, that problem has diminished quite a bit. I have been using it once in the morning after I brush my teeth, and then once in the evening after I brush. I have dentures, so food particles get between my plate and the roof of my mouth. With this mouthwash though, I truly do love the fresh, clean mint taste that it leaves in my mouth.

Its refreshing favor makes my mouth feel cool and clean. It doesn't have that nasty alcohol after taste like most mouthwashes. I love it! It keeps my mouth feeling super fresh for hours. Definitely something I would use again...and again.
