The instructions are vague on amount of detergent required for HE loads of different sizes. You are instructed to use the max amount for very large HE loads, but what about small HE loads? Medium HE loads? Given how easy it would be to make this clear, i have to assume it is intentionally vague so as to encourage folks to use more product than is needed.

I used this product to wash my little babies clothes. It did not irritate her skin at all. Using this product made me feel confident that she would not break out in a rash. It's fragrance free and gentle on your clothes. And it's high efficiency washer friendly. Plus, I love that the cap has guidelines for the size of your load.

Cleans clothes amazingly, doesn't leave a residue or make clothes feel heavy like there's detergent left behind. And it's totally not lying when it says no perfumes. It's weird to smell absolutely nothing when using washing detergents. I'm more of a smell good person so that's why I say that, as long as it doesn't smell like cleaning stuff or soapy. If you aren't into or can't tolerate perfumes.. this is perfect. I also love the fact that it's clear because I don't care what anyone says, the color stuff totally will stain clothes, so this is awesome. However, my biggest complaint is that it does not help with odor almost at all. So, if you use this product, be sure to use some type of odor remover or scent ( be careful of scents if you have sensitive skin). Overall, good but not as practical for bigger or stinkier washes.

My husband is sensitive to perfume and hates scented detergents. I decided to buy this tide free and clear so he can be migraine free and wow I'm very impressed! Even when I hand wash clothes this detergent knocks out hubby's work clothes odors! Even his socks! To me that is a win win! I will continue buying this detergent.
