I've used a variety of free and clear detergent brands, decided to try tides version and my toddler had a severe allergic reaction all over her body and face. I see many people reviewing with allergic reactions so clearly this detergent is Not gentle!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Tide Free and Gentle laundry detergent! My kids have sensitive skin, so we can't use scented detergent or any harsh ingredients. They are also very active and love to get dirty, so it's hard to find a detergent that is gentle on the skin but actually gets cloths clean. Tide Free and Clear does just that!

I've been using Tide for years - and it works very well. It washes my clothes clean and doesn't leave any residue behind. However, I would like the Tide detergent company to make plastic free alternatives since most plastic is not recycled. There should be a product line of dried tablet versions or dehydrated laundry sheets versions for those who want to produce less plastic waste, those who don't have access to recycling facilities, and for those who have physical disabilities.

Even though it does a good job of cleaning like others regular detergent too. My skin is sensitive so it's good for me. I will be buying it again.

Loyal customer of tide free powder for years and years, as i can't stand headache-inducing heavy scent of regular tide and i refuse to pay for water and plastic bottle for liquid tide-free. Plus powder cleans better. I can only guess tide doesn't make enough profit off tide-free powder, so who cares about all the customers who wrote on the tide free powder page in dismay at finding it has been discontinued (and where reviews have been shut down?!). Well, this is one customer tide won't force to buy their liquid instead of powder. My new solution for laundry that needs heavy cleaning is to add arm

This was a breath of fresh air because not only did it not irritate our skin but it also left our clothes looking and feeling extra clean. Wins all around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good size bottle and will last long if you use the actual amount you're supposed to use. Some ppl use much more detergent than they need and it's bad for the machines. I don't recommend if you don't like scentless products
