My daughter skin is very sensitive so I only use gentle liquid detergent for her clothes. I've been using Dreft but in the market for a new one since Dreft can be a bit pricey. I tried this one and I think I may have liked it more. I love that it's fragrance free Also love that it's doesn't contain any chemical but cleans so well.

We've been using Tide Free and Clear for years. Free and Gentle has a smell and also made my husband break out. He's been seeing drs for months trying to figure out the cause. So frustrating that it's a detergent we've trusted for years. We believe there must have been an ingredient change that wasn't revealed.

I continue to not forgive you for removing tide free and gentle powder. I have been a loyal loyal user of Tide for years and know for a fact that my children and friends use it because of me. I tried the free and gentle pods - never again - giant plastic bottles or containers and I have to use your prescribed volume of product. I really hate that part And it does not clean as well. I have the liquid. Again giant ridiculous plastic bottles. The jury is out on whether I will continue to use. I am trying the Tide bleach powder today which is the reason I am writing. It stinks. The smell is pervasive and stupidly pervasive. There is nothing environmentally good about that and it really smells awful. Why anyone in the world would ever want to go around smelling like laundry detergent is beyond me. And now my hose smells like it. I am throwing it away. Good grief be better.

Seemed to make my clothes brighter too. Great tide soap and I will be purchasing this in the future and I will be recommending this tide brand

I use only Tide Free to wash cotton/poly shirts and khaki pants -- no softeners, no additives. In recent months, my clothes have lost their body. The material comes out of the dryer limp, wrinkled, no shape, just rags. This is true for brand new clothes and old clothes alike. So, I think you have changed your formula for Tide Free, and not for the better. How about it?.

I wanted to share my experience with everyone about Tide Free and Clear. I have used this for a long time and it worked. All of a sudden, I cannot use it. It is like something changed with the ingredients/formula. I have been trying different detergents lately and I cannot find one that suits me. Something has changed or the ones that I purchased were mixed or something. For sure, the IPODs were enhanced and I cannot use those anymore. Watch out for the name cold water on the IPODs. The formula is stronger.

It has the same cleaning formula without the perfumes or dyes, which I appreciate. I definitely recommend this product.
