There are so many scented products that we can't use because it will cause her to have a reaction and itch. I have always used detergents and dryer sheets that are free of fragrances, dyes, etc because I have really sensitive skin and tend to get imbalances as well. Cleans clothes amazingly, doesn't leave a residue or make clothes feel heavy like there's detergent left behind. And it's totally not lying when it says no perfumes. It's weird to smell absolutely nothing when using washing detergents. I'm more of a smell good person so that's why I say that, as long as it doesn't smell like cleaning stuff or soapy. If you aren't into or can't tolerate perfumes.. this is perfect. I also love the fact that it's clear because I don't care what anyone says, the color stuff totally will stain clothes, so this is awesome. I have been using Tide dye free for over 20 years at least! Since October I have opened at least 3 big jugs of Tide that appeared cloudy and yellower instead of clear. I also have experienced clear bottles that have chunks of what appear to be crystals inside the bottle that rattle when pouring out. It is really a shame that a product I have trusted for so many years is no longer reliable. I see from other comments that I am not the only one with this experience and it appears all have gotten the same response - that you have great quality control. Apparently something is not working correctly in your production system. I hope you will have a better answer (and hope it is not an AI response!) - otherwise I will have to switch detergents.

I use only Tide Free to wash cotton/poly shirts and khaki pants -- no softeners, no additives. In recent months, my clothes have lost their body. The material comes out of the dryer limp, wrinkled, no shape, just rags. This is true for brand new clothes and old clothes alike. So, I think you have changed your formula for Tide Free, and not for the better. How about it?.
