Contrary to other comments I read, this detergent does it all; cleaning power, removes smells, etc. It is made for light smells and stains, etc., not embedded odors or those requiring bleach. Great for my 4 girls; 2, 4, 6 & 35, who suffer dry skin and many allergies.

I am glad that I am getting a chance to tell the Tide people what Tide has meant to me for all the years I have used it for 50 some years, and I wouldn't want another product..and I did try some and was disappointed, so now I love the different kinds of Tide you can get and I have stopped purchasing the softeners as I get Tide with that in it and it is just wonderful...and you don't have to use a lot of tide to get a load of clothes clean...just am so glad to be able to you tell you how wonderful your product is. THANKS

I recently washed a load of laundry using Tide Free & Gentle. I didn't realize until after the dry cycle that my son had left a half a pack of cigarettes in one of his pockets of the clothing I had washed. When I took the load of laundry out of the dryer, I saw the filters from the cigarettes and realized what had happened. Most of the tobacco was caught by the lint trap of the dryer. The most amazing thing was: THE ENTIRE LOAD OF LAUNDRY WAS COMPLETELY CLEAN AND TOTALLY FREE FROM ALL SMELL OF TOBACCO AND CIGARETTES. Amazing!

With allergies and sensitve skin it is the only product I use.

I have used this product for about 3 years off on on. My skin breaks out and I use this product.

The new formula smells absolutely awful! Like pure chemicals! Stinks! It's now a gross brown color also, bring back the clear!

I like that it has no scent, but I do not find any information if it can be used in he machines. My washer is a front-loader.

i take care of my grandchildren so when i do any laundry with their clothes in it i want to protect their skin, and it removes stains,smells clean.
