Washing stuck on grease on pots and pans is a breeze now. Especially the stubborn casserole dishes. Dawn platinum is well worth it value.

Dawn was a staple in my house when I was growing up and I happen to love the Platinum myself. It cleans all my dishes really well and this refill size is a great price. I keep it under the sink and just refill a tiny bottle (the ones you can get at the dollar store for $1) to keep on the counter. This stuff lasts me forever since I don't dirty a lot of dishes to start with and I also have a small dishwasher that I use sometimes.

(Dawn Ultra Platinum){refreshing rain scent} I will never skimp on this,when you are the Best ,there will never be another!!

I have used Dawn platinum for years and it works great but the new change in scent is so overpowering that I will consider a new brand in the future. This is not a ‘clean’ smell, rather it smells like I bathed my dishes in perfume. Tempted to toss the current bottle because I can’t stand the smell.

We miss the classic Dawn dish washing soap. The new “Clean Scent” formulation has a strong, lingering perfume-like smell that is very unpleasant. I honestly think that the smell is reminiscent of the blue liquid found in Porto-potties or the disinfectant “cakes” used in urinals. I have used Dawn for 56 years, but just threw this new bottle in the trash. Please bring back the classic scent!

Why did you change the scent??? It smells so incredibly horrible now, I will never buy it again (and I’ve been a loyal customer for over 40 years). I always thought Dawn was the best dishwashing detergent on the market. Not now. If the company wants to keep their customers, change the scent back to the way it was.

I love its cleaning power but the new scent stinks. Like many other reviewers, I will have to find a new product because I can't stand the offensive odor. Please make the original scent available. Remember "New Coke"? Lesson: Don't mess with perfection.

I don't remember a time I didn't use blue Dawn. However, the " new clean scent" is awful I am now looking for a new dishsoap. I couldn't even use the bottle I had because the smell is so unpleasant. Also tried the "fresh rain" and was equally disappointed. Not certain why the original was replaced as opposed to just releasing an additional scent option, but I have now wasted money on 2 bottles I can't use. Dawn does clean better in my opinion, but the new smell is too unpleasant too keep using it.

I do not like the smell of Dawn dish detergent now. I don't need to smell a floral scent when doing dishes and the formula doesn't stay soapy and last as long as it used to. Please bring back the other original dawn. Shame on you for calling this new stuff original dawn. It is not. I have allergies and this new one bothers me. Old one did not. It smelled good.
