It ripped and sticks to your butt the toilet paper is OK IN A TOILET PAPER PANDEMIC. But otherwise no good. I avoid this product name brand when possible but in pinch it's better than leaves . Leaves get 1 Star but works

Charmin isn't the same as it was pre Covid. Not as thick. Not as soft. They changed it. Angel soft is half the price and that's what Charmin now compares to!

Too much lint

Charmin does have quality toilet paper but the ultra soft is tooo soft and leaves dust/lint all over the bathroom. I'll be going back to the ultra strong version.

We can assure you that we do have many quality checks in place to ensure that our toilet paper reaches you in the best possible condition, and we'll be sure to pass your comments along to the rest of our team. As well, it may be helpful to know that there can be one of two causes for excessive lint. First, the softness is directly related to the amount of lint; meaning, the softer the toilet paper, the more lint there will be. The second cause is lint builds up on paper manufacturing lines. In this case, we do regularly shut down our manufacturing lines to remove excess lint in an attempt to reduce the chances of it happening.
