I wanted to use a set of vintage stainless flatware at Thanksgiving, but many of the utensils were dark and water stained. I tried several products, but no success. I was about to give up when I thought of my Magic Erasers. Why not give it a try?? Presto, it really was like magic, the entire set became shiny and like new with minimal effort. Soooo happy! Magic Erasers are one of the best products ever developed by my old friend, Mr. Clean.

Best product I have ever used for bath and tub... i used to scrub the tub with a brush and still couldn't get the dimples in the dottom clean ... one magic eraser did the entire bathroom... wish I knew how to post a picture here... looks like new ! Thank you

I am so disappointed in this product. I bought it on the recommendation of the store employee. I could not get the sponge to foam at all. The claim it would clean my stove is so wrong. Since it is merely a sponge and not a "scrubber" it did not clean the top of my stove. Also since it did not foam up I was wiping with a wet sponge; that left water marks and not a clean shiny surface. I had to go back to my old stand by of Orange cleaner and a scrubbie.

Took a brand new one out of the box and tried to clean the white rubber at side of my runners. It barely cleaned at all and the eraser started falling apart. I was rubbing so very slightly and it wouldn't remover the small bit of chewing gum on the side of the runner. Am I doing something wrong?

This sponge can handle everything from wiping grime off painted walls, trim, and doors to cleaning off years-old grease on wallpaper, refrigerators and stoves in kitchens. I don’t have to scrub very hard or long to see amazing results! Makes tackling tough jobs easy and quick.

I dropped a bottle of bright red Feria hair dye on my hardwood floors, resulting in a six foot spray of across the living room. I had no hope that the eraser would work, but it did. Quickly and with very little effort. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

When I was younger I remember my mother swearing by these little sponges to all of our friends and family and making me clean the bathrooms with them every weekend. Now that I live on my own I noticed my bathtub didn't look very clean, so I purchased some of these in honor of my mothers words and holy cow it's like I have a new bathtub. I definitely see why she made me clean using these. HOWEVER. These are not what they used to be! A sponge used to last at least a month! I cleaned my smooth surface bathtub with this ONCE and its already ripping and crumbling. Mr. Clean, you built a large community of magic eraser fans by creating a trusty, long lasting product that actually cleans. I will not continue to buy these seeing as they are no longer as good as they once were.

I had used the magic eraser for minor jobs and was disappointed because I thought it was just a gimmick sponge. HOWEVER- I was in desperate need to clean my classroom desks from ink. I was going to use bleach but I thought I would try the eraser first and magically the ink came off. This product is not meant to be used like a regular sponge. This product is meant to be used for those problem jobs that need extra. I can't wait to use this on my home. I have cleaned my entire classroom.

I purchased two Mr. Clean Magic Erasers to remove shoe skuff marks from the lower inside door panels in my light-colored car interior. The surface was smooth and the skuff marks noticable, but not severe. The dirt removal "degree of difficulty" I judged to be low to medium as these are somewhat difficult to completely remove. AT THE FIRST SWIPE, this product began to fall apart, crumbling into large, rolled crumbles. Not only that, but this product removed next to nothing of the marks! I was dumbfounded, especially since right on the side of the box autos (tire sidewalls were a call-out) were one of the recommended application utilities. Auto tire sidewalls?? Really?? These wouldn't last two seconds on a tire sidewall. Did you even test this product on a car? Did you test them at all? This was the SINGLE, worst out-of-the-box product performance that I have EVER experienced. THE WORST! I'm not even prepared to invest in money to discover that I may have purchased a bum sample. And, yes, I get that the "eraser" is an analogy meant to indicate that the product is designed to crumble away. But sorry, not THAT fast! You absolutely need to inject some degree of durability into these things and next think about hiking up their ability to remove auto-related dirt.

A friend told me that she tried these to clean her shower, and she couldn't believe how well they cleaned the grease, dirt and grime left behind by her husband and teenaged son. I was very skeptical, but I decided to give them a go in my home. I have two teenaged boys and a husband that could make the cleanest bathroom a disaster after one shower. Our shower was a mess. Hardwater, sweat, slime, dirt, and hair. While Mr. Clean doesn't do much for all that hair, it did a super fantastic job cleaning the tub and shower walls! I can't tell you how impressed I was to see the results myself! And.. they leave a shine on the walls like when you wax your car, the water beads, and runs right off, along with all that yuch!! I recommend them to anyone that needs a cleaning solution that doesn't require lots of time and elbow grease!!
