As a young consumer looking for my forever products in cleaning I’m so disappointed in this product. I had high expectations and was so upset to have this product literally fall apart after only cleaning the back of 10 steps in my home. I couldn’t believe it. Felt like this was going to be the one.

I'm 67 years old and love keeping my car clean. Ever since I was a teen. I couldn't figure a way to windows. Especially the windshield. On August 2 I washed and waxed my car. I did the windows and they were terrible. I looked up on line on how to. One person said to use a Magic eraser but spray the glass cleaner directly on the Eraser not the glass. Then go up and down and back and forth. They suggested using a microfiber towel. I did. Then went back to a towel to wipe the windows. I cannot believe the difference. Finally after 50 years I found a solution.

After years of dealing with a windshield that always seemed to have a constant film of haze on the inside from who-knows-what ( I am not a smoker ) I finally found the perfect solution. A Mr. Clean Magic Eraser and Windex! Simply spray Windex on the glass, wipe with the Magic Eraser until the glass squeaks ( it actually gets "Squeaky Clean"! ) and wipe with a paper towel. In 3 minutes you will have the cleanest, clearest windshield since the car was new. No more dangerous driving at late afternoon with low sunshine reflecting off the haze on the glass. Awesome!

While working on a refinishing project, I knocked over a can of mahogany wood stain. It was a projectile spill that coated our newly painted walls and splattered the hardwood floors. I was in a panic and tried several cleaners, none of which took away the stain on the walls. In desperation I tried the magic eraser...and the stain disappeared! I was is utter shock (and oh so happy and relieved!)

There is something in the chemical or fiber make up that adversely affected my fingers. After using, there was and continues to be an extreme itching and internal irritation. So bad, it kept me up at night, and has continued to bother me for day several days now. This was not an outer skin reaction, but beneath the skin's surface. Considering the product is made of melomine foam, I'm guessing the eraser left what feels like tiny fibers deep below the skin's surface of my fingers. I will never use and highly recommend not using unless you are wearing protective gloves. In addition...it didn't even work well on the surface I was cleaning.

Took a brand new one out of the box and tried to clean the white rubber at side of my runners. It barely cleaned at all and the eraser started falling apart. I was rubbing so very slightly and it wouldn't remover the small bit of chewing gum on the side of the runner. Am I doing something wrong?

Over time, dirt had gotten into the decorative raised/indented spots on my flooring and cleanser didn't work. I had a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser tucked away in a cabinet and decided to try it. Wow! Without much rubbing, the ground in dirt was easily lifted away. Why did I wait so long to use this product???

I have wondered since the Magic Eraser first came out whether it REALLY worked as well as the commercials showed.. So I bought one, didn't know how to use it, looked for instructions and saw none. I tried rubbing it over fingerprints on the wall and was VERY disappointed., so I put it under the sink with all my "bad buys" of cleaning products. About a year later, thanks to a leaky kitchen drain, I had to clean out those "Bad Buys" . The Magic Eraser had gotten wet ; lo and behold, I wiped it on the cupboard door and it worked, miraculously.. If only Mr. Clean had explained how to use it, I'd have been a HAPPY consumer a long time ago. Please Mr. Clean quit showing off that muscular physique and use your brain to explain the wonders of your products. I'm 74 years old and not up on these latest products. Just need some guidance. Even this web site doesn't show how to use your products. I went to the "how to" button and it was no help. Didn't come up..

My vinyl fence was covered in black spores caused by a fungus. I tried scrubbing with various cleaners but could not remove it. A friend tried a power washer and that would not take it off, so I called a local vinyl fence company and they recommended the Mr Clean Magic eraser . So, I bought several erasers and they are truly magic, the black came off with little effort!
It would be great if Mr Clean could design a handle to hold the magic eraser for this purpose.

I love this product. I will tell you that you should not use it on skin. I recently had permanent marker on my had (from a sporting event) and soap and water with a wash cloth did not take it off. I thought I would just use the magic eraser. It came off, but I took off the first layer of skin with it. Everyone I told this story to laughed. Love your product!!!!
