We're sorry you had that experience. Our Mr. Clean Magic Erasers are designed to crumble and dissolve with use, much like a pencil eraser does. For the best results, we recommend wetting the sponge with water only (no cleaning solutions), gently squeezing out the excess and rubbing across spots, stains and trouble areas to erase them.
