I gravitate toward Always brand because no matter what we're talking about, they've always been consistently good quality. There are imitators, but without fail, they are inferior. These pads are great, as usual. My personal preference is pads with wings, but these at least provide full coverage in the underwear. They have subtly raised and elasticized sides to provide even more direct protection from leaks. I love a classic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my Always Discreet Heavy Regular pads recently. First of all, the pads are shaped the right way and have decorative patterns on them. I think the patterns are for centering when wearing, -- so that is what I use them for. Gets the correct line up. The pads are small enough to put in a carry tote or purse. Better for traveling by using pads. The absorption is really good with the Extra Heavy. Taking long drives are ok now. Great for overnight protection as well. The pads fit good on the gusset of my panties (a brief is all that I use because of the wide gusset). The pads line up nice, and do not bunch up or roll up. The adhesive is really strong so that they do not move/shift while using. Not just for incontinence, but would be fine for the monthly period as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like Always products. I tell everyone that Always makes the best period pads! These pads are definitely absorbent and hold liquid well. These pads are slightly thin though. Unfortunately for me, when I wear this size the pads rub in a sensitive spot creating I guess like a hot spot. I have to wear a wider pad that doesn't sit exactly where these do. That's just me though. The pads do what they say, control odor to a certain extent, are thin enough to be discrete under clothing and I highly recommend them.

And true to their advertising they are heavy duty. I use them for bladder control also. I find them easy to wear and heavy duty coverage. I also like the amount of 33 pads to a package. That in itself sold me on the product.

I like that these pads are extra heavy because I don't have to worry about leaking when I'm out of the house or asleep for the night. I tried these when I was in the bathroom at work and they were great. I would definitely recommend these for people that have heavy menstruation cycles. You won't regret using them.
