The sizing chart on the package helps to find the best fit based on underwear size and amount of voiding. Based on my specifics, it recommended a long pad, yet this pad was sufficient and met my needs in regards to absorbency. It only leaked one time in my first week of using it, yet that was my fault because I did not place it properly on my underwear. Additionally, they did not bulk or move and kept me feeling dry when it was saturated. They are scented, which I like, because it is the only pad that I have found that truly protects me from odors. Yet the scent is a somewhat strong if that is something you may avoid. This pad made me feel confident due to all these factors. Always Discreet will be my pad of choice for incontinence from now on. They are amazing!
