This product does not hold bladder leakages at all! I got caught off guard. I had an accident because I thought it would protect me, because on the bag it says.”EXTRA HEAVY’, but in fact, it doesn’t hold or protect you at all! Always should be made to take that statement off the bag because it is false advertising! Do not purchase these if you have bladder leaks because it will not protect you and your clothing. I should’ve known better when I looked at the picture where it was placed next to the poise pads; it was obvious that it could not do the job that was intended. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Extra Heavy? That is a Joke!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really was quite please with the comfort and fit of these Always discreet extra heavy pads. I'm used to always feeling like I'm wearing a huge, thick diaper whenever I am using anything with a "heavy or extra heavy" type of absorption and frankly it's always so embarrassing to think that it's noticeable by others and very uncomfortable. But to my surprise these were so much thinner and flexed with my body yet held up to my heaviest of needs during my "girl time". I felt so much more confident and was able to wear normal clothes without worry! Thank you!

The long length provides extra coverage and the extra heavy thickness absorbs the leaks to help you stay comfortably dry. The light scent helps to keep you staying fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these as a gift and when I signed up for them I hadn't realized they were not period pads, well I put them in the cabinet for when they could be needed and when that time of the month came unexpectedly for my teen these came in handy! Great absorbancy and they aren't too bulky for how absorbent they are either. Not sure about incontinence but worked great for a period lol.
