I just have bladder leaks when I can't get to the bathroom on time as you say. Always has been a trusted name and these did not disappoint. Thinking you are finally done with pads and then you need them for bladder leaks. I will be your customer for a while long.

The adhesive was sufficient in keeping the pad in place, even though this product doesn’t have side tabs or wings. I can’t really comment on absorbency because I only leak a little when I sneeze. I did not like the added scent at all. It was nauseating and reminded me of baby diapers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these Always Discreet Extra Heavy Regular Pads. They are thin, the padding has a nice feel to it and doesn’t irritate the skin. The pad absorbs a lot and last for a long time. The only thing that I did not like is that the pad did not have wings. I would prefer that extra protection for the sides. I think females would definitely agree with me on this one! But overall the pad is good and worth buying.
