[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these Always Discreet Extra Heavy Regular Pads. They are thin, the padding has a nice feel to it and doesn’t irritate the skin. The pad absorbs a lot and last for a long time. The only thing that I did not like is that the pad did not have wings. I would prefer that extra protection for the sides. I think females would definitely agree with me on this one! But overall the pad is good and worth buying.

I am a mom of 4, I have lupus nephritis and suffer from kidney disease. I often have accidents or run to the bathroom. With these, I felt secure knowing I was safe from an accident!! They’re lightly scented and were pretty comfortable to wear. I do recommend these!!!!
