My periods have become extremely heavy once I hit mid 40’s …now that I’m 49 it’s so heavy I needed something as a backup,even though I wear the most absorbent tampons on the market,when I am at work,out running errands and ESPECIALLY at bedtime. These keep me from leaking out and ruining my clothing or sheets at night. What a life saver. And it’s so nice to not have to worry about accidents. These keep my anxiety at bay. Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always has been my go to brand when it comes to feminine products however I felt these were a bit uncomfortable wearing. The pad would move around while I was working I would much rather make sure to get them with wings to fit my liking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads are great! They offer a high level of protection and work great! They have channels and a core that pulls the liquid away from you leaving you feeling dry! I found they stay in place throughout the day and were comfortable to wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always Discreet Extra Heavy Regular pads are absolutely amazing! They are extremely absorbent. It's a wonderful pad to have on heavy flow days. They are comfortable. They stay in place while I'm physically active. They do not shift or bunch up. I would highly recommend getting it!

These use to be the VERY BEST on the market. I hated poise feels like a board on. But these are a lot more comfortable. But now I am beginning to not like these too. They USE TO BE a 5 star rating but sense they changed them they LEAK BADLY!!! They NEVER EVER USE TO. But now it’s a different story. PLEEEEAAAASSSEEEE put these back to the way they was!!!!

I had no issues with leaks or any discomfort while wearing them and felt protected the whole time ! Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think they are just right. They move with you. I really need them because they are for heavy flow. I sometime have to wear a pad and use a tampon. They really hold a lot. These did not have any perfumes and I really like that.
