These pads are attractive (I love this color purple, not like I'll be looking at them all day though) and the adhesive works great. They don't slide around in my undies or bunch up between my thighs. I did a "test-pee" and they are absorbent and don't leak. Looking over my shoulder, the pad outline is not visible when I'm wearing my khaki trousers, so they are indeed "discreet". Good product. Will buy again.

These Always Discreet Extra Heavy pads are the best and give me absolute peace of mind when I use them, these pads stay put, absorb a lot of liquid, keep me dry and leak-free when I wear them. For a heavy duty pad these are definitely discrete, do not bunch up and absorb odors. I absolutely recommend these pads, they are the best that I have ever used!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So it's great to have a pad that is this versatile. First off, these are individually wrapped and easy to carry. What I also appreciate is the light scent and how they stay in place. These pads are larger and heavier then the lights, however keep in mind these are for that extra heavy time and/or bladder leaks. I'm self conscious about wearing this size with leggings so I would not. These work well day or night depending upon personal reasons to use, so far mostly at night for me.
