I have used Always Discreet Heavy Pads for almost all these years. I feel very confident about going out when I wear them. They are superb!

I've been using the Members Mark heavy duty pads and and tried these because of sale. Not half as absorbent!! Wouldn't buy again!!!

They have a light floral scent, the pad side is soft, and it has stretchy edges to help keep leaks where they belong. Comfortable enough to wear all day long and feel confident in the coverage.

It was not overwhelming - very helpful. Comfort and fit for me was a bit long and a bit wide. It folded a bit in the middle and was too long for my body type at 5’4” and 180ish pounds. There extremely absorbing and and I like that they have been helping me with my bladder leaks at night specifically when I drink at lot of liquids at night or I sneeze and I get a leak or two and they don’t leak which I really like. I also like that they feel comfortable, light and are odorless . I got the regular size which fit me perfectly.

As soon as I got them I put them on. Comfortable and covers a good portion so no leaks. It has great odor control as well. I also didn't feel like I had a big diaper on. Discreet enough.

Sufficiently thick and I used the pads with wings on the bottom while stacked this on top. Veey comfortable and kept me dry especially when my first two days tend to be my heaviest days.
