I often have to change out my tampon but these give me an extra layer of protection in case I can't make a bathroom break quick enough. The very long is my favorite because you never know where thing are going to go and I feel so much better when I use these. I'm confident that I won't have any leakage. I also use them on the last day to just make sure there is no lingering spotting.
