I can't speak for whether or not they help with leakage, but I did like that they didn't irritate my skin and kept natural fluids off my panties, which is great. I'll find a way to test these for leakage protection and update on my socials with the same name. These are a little bulky for my daily needs, so I'll be repurchasing the Always Xtra Protection Daily Liners, Long in the near future. Those are surprisingly comfy. The extra length on these liners is so wonderful, and really brings a peace of mind. They are very absorbent and they stay adhered to my panties throughout the day! I just wish I had known about them earlier. Definitely adding these to my “staples” list. Highly recommend!

I have tried other brands but these are by far my favorites. The long length provides additional coverage without being too long as well. Love them!

As a woman of certain age every once in a while I do have the occasional bladder leak. These are comfortable. Plenty of adhesive to keep them in place.

These are perfect for me because it's great for spotting, and they are also great for bedtime and lounging around. I forget that they are there most of the time. The packaging is also great for packing in a purse or on the go. I would highly recommend them!
