I have been buying Bounty towels for a very long time. When ever I try any other, there is no comparison! I buy both the FULL & the SELECT a SIZE. The FULL I use in the bathroom & a few other ways. The SELECT A SIZE I use in the kitchen for napkins & etc. I was so disappointed when I couldn't get the FULL size during the Pandemic. So HAPPY you brought them back!! I wet a sheet & take my eye makeup off. It is so soft when wet!

I used to buy the bounty in the pink packaging that was soft. Now I'm stuck with this full size or select a size and both are awful. The select a size is getting to be all you can find in most stores and I ABSOLUTELY DESPISE IT! It would be nice to buy prints but they only come in select a size. I think I'm just going back to that company that starts with a “V” even though their product is more expensive at least it's soft and absorbent the only downfall with it is the lint. Goodbye bounty it was a long relationship and you may rule the warehouses but I rule my wallet and bathrooms and kitchen!

Despite the “spin” that customer service offers, Bounty has changed. It is indeed less soft, feels thinner, doesn't separate from the roll properly and sheets separate upon use. There is only one way the product can sustain differences like this - the process must have been changed. It feels like the brand I no longer use. Please revert to the old process.

I have been a loyal Bounty customer for years, but I will be looking for a new brand. The recent changes you've made to the product are terrible. Such a disappointing transformation -- these new paper towels fall apart and are less durable than a dollar store brand. I will not buy your product again unless you revert to the previous version. So upsetting.

09/19/2022 My wife says that she can no longer neatly rip the select-a-size towel in half. She says that the pattern was changed or something. What gives? The wrapper has no info on any changes that I can see. Thanks for any feedback on this trivial issue.

I like several others have noticed the towels seem to be less sturdy. It took me a while to figure it out, since when you call Bounty, they tell you no difference between stores and or jumbo rolls etc. I have found at least one package that is of the original quality. It does not have the 6=12 or 12=18 or what ever. I also had to change stores in order to get the towels. So what I found was "8 regular rolls" AND when you pull a towel it has the word Bounty as part of the imprint. The Jumbo rolls do not.

Thank you for continuing to make the full size paper towels! I really hate the split sheet paper towels because you have that serrated part of the sheet that crumbs can get through. You're the only maker that I know that remains to make the full-size sheets and I want to thank you very much!!!

Bounty has been THE brand that has been used in my household, my mother's, and my grandmother's. They are by far superior to any other brand I've ever tried. You think your saving money by buying a cheaper brand, but you just and up having to use 2-3 times more just to get the job done.Since I have grandchildren, I appreciate the Select A Size, only bc they don't need a whole sheet most of the time, or if I'm using it to line my containers, I can get it pretty close to the exact size of my container. I, like some of the others, do lean towards the full size rolls for household cleaning tasks, so we purchase both types. Our household just tends to still prefer the use of paper towels opposed to washing reusable towels. We do Recycle ♻️ for this concerned. We have 2 trash cans in our home, 1 for Recycling & the other for everything else. I've read many recent reviews regarding the quality and I am a bit concerned about bulk buying this time, because they seem to be long-term loyal Bounty Users such as myself. I personally haven't noticed any quality issues so far. However, I do always purchase mine from my Local Store & in bulk. Since my last bulk purchase in October 2021, I've only had to purchase 1 pack- 2 Double Roll Select a Size from my local drugstore & did not notice a change in quality. But it's time for me to bulk buy so I will keep my fingers crossed that no quality issues arise. I was actually thinking of purchasing through Amazon, which is what brought me to site today, to check out some of the descriptive words they use. That's when I came across the concerns of others in quality. My question is 2 fold.... The loyal customers that have had issues with quality, Where did you purchase from... Online or Locally in person? 2nd, To Bounty, Is Amazon's subscribe & save program a certified, or reliable, distributer for Bounty? I have noticed some products suffer quality issues when not purchased from Local Stores. I've never purchased Bounty from any type of online distributor, & want to try to avoid the quality issues other's seem to be having as much as possible. Has Bounty made any changes to their product? Loyal Bounty Users would certainly understand I would think, if changes have had to be made with all these issues with supply chain going on. Honesty & transparency would be key to communicate to your customer's, IF this is the case. Thank you so much for any information you can provide.

BOUNTY towels are the best- absorbent and good value. BUT.. I hate, hate, and did I mention hate.. the new prints.. I want the beautiful, well designed classic prints.. for example.. the Peanuts fall prints.. the well done artistic turkeys at fall.. the prints you have now are horrible.. lousy prints.. no definition.. just abstract stuff!!! I have to buy cheap brands just to get something decent to look at on my counter!!! Really.. the prints are horrible.. or non=existent at most stores.. sorry.. but let's do a throwback Thursday kind of experience.. and please, please, please.. bring them back!!!

Bounty is great! I buy the 12/24 pack & I've been happy with it. The 2/ply, & strength, serves its cleaning purpose. I rely on it for many household jobs (dusting, drying wet spills, etc) & it works for me. However, my prior review was in reference to months of 2021 purchases with specific issues: 1. the incomplete 2 ply making it 2 - 1 ply sheets 2. the incomplete perforation ruining the sheet size Recently, my last few purchases 12/21, 01/22 & 2/22 have been problem free.
