We're sorry to hear the last few packages you've received haven't been up to either of our standards, Beverly. We have many quality checks in place to make sure every product reaches you in perfect condition. Our sheets are designed to be torn at the perforation line, but we'll certainly share the change in what you've experienced in tearing sheets in half as well. In 2023, we upgraded our paper towels to improve their absorbency and clothlike look & texture to enable messes to be picked up more quickly & completely. We'd really like to roll into this further.
