Enough Already
Why can't you guys be totally transparent and list every roll type and amount of sheets they contain on your website? Regular roll, family roll, double roll, triple roll, double plus roll, giant roll, mega roll, and now something called a forever roll. Also, select-a-size and quick size. Did I leave one out? This is utterly ridiculous and deliberately confusing for the consumer. I shouldn't have to visit a store and stare at packaging for hours to figure out the best value for me. I have been a loyal customer and used your paper towels for at least 30 years. I am now done. I'll be switching to another brand that is more transparent to its consumers.

MANY uses
I only use these. I love that I can use the same papertowel repeatedly while prepping meals etc. When I wash/dry my hands, I keep that towel since my hands were clean and use it to wipe up spill from prepping food. One time when my daughter was little, we went to the school playground. It was still very wet from all the condensation. I had 2-3 paper towels in my picnic bag and I used those to dry off several slides and swings. I would just wring it out when it was very wet, and keep on going. I was quite surprised myself! :)
Highly disappointed
I bought two cases of the select a size 2.5 rolls, as I usually do and I am so disappointed with the quality of the product. They feel like a very cheap brand and the 2 ply comes apart when I dry my hands and they tear apart as well. I depended on Bounty to be better but it seems they are going the way of other big businesses and don't care about their customers or their product. Very, very disappointed.

Forever Roll
I want to know why they're discontinuing the forever roll! We loved it and had many friends ask where we got it. I just hate it's gone. I hope another company will pick up the forever roll! I do like the quality of the bounty paper towel but I give one star because I hate what they're doing.

Verified Purchase
Its OK, but 1 size means lots of waste
I honestly expected the single sheet to have perforations every third of a sheet ---but this didnt. maybe thats why the price was so good to be true (now I know why, I didnt get what I expected to). Therefore you will have to cut the sheet (like I try to do) or waste lots of paper.
Quality decline
I have used Bounty paper towels exclusively for 15 years because they were always the softest and most absorbent. The new package we purchased is rough, doesn't tear cleanly, has a different texture, and is half as absorbent. Unfortunately I will be switching to another brand until Bounty is back to what it used to be. Very disappointed.

I want my money back
I've been buying Bounty exclusively for many years, and I feel like I've been treated like a fool in return. The towels I bought about a week ago - same packaging, same store, same price - are a poor excuse for a paper towel product. At the very least, P&G could have notified customers that the product had changed with different packaging, but instead they choose to treat loyal customers with contempt.

Why change!
I have been using Bounty paper towels ever since they first appeared. Why the change? The paper is thicker, not as absorbent, never tears off cleanly unless I use two hands and even then, often tears off crookedly at the bottom. I used to use them wet with detergent to clean countertops, then wring out and rinse. Also used to clean eyeglasses. No more with new thicker and cheaper feeling towels. I am looking for an alternate - after all these years! Sadly disappointed!

The last change we made to our paper towels took place in 2021, when we introduced a new emboss and updated them so that they now trap and lock messes faster. Noticeable drop in quality
I've been a Bounty user for decades because of the quality - durability, absorbency, etc. The last batch of paper towels we bought are significantly lower quality which is very disappointing. We find that they don't tear easily off the roll (not as thick) and don't stand up as well as before. Then in a local store today I saw a product called “Bounty Plus” - so now I'm wondering if this is just your strategy to get customers to pay more to get the quality we expect??

Our towels all get quality-checked many times before we ship them to stores, so we're sorry to learn your recent batch of Select-A-Size sheets didn't meet your and our expectations. As to your question, Bounty Plus Select-a-Size sheets are longer (7.1”) than our other Select-A-Size sheets (5.9”). Also, Bounty Plus is our most absorbent Select-A-Size paper towel compared to our other SAS versions. Although final shelf prices are determined by retailers, the price of Bounty Plus might be higher because of those reasons. Quality Down, Price Up
I wrapped oour Christmas ornaments with Bounty Paper Towels over 5 years ago. When I re-wrapped some ornaments, the 2022 and 2023 Bounty Paper towels were so much rougher and less thick. No cushion like the older ones. The quality obviously got worse, less product materials and much cheaper results.
