Been purchasing Bounty for over 20 years now at premium price and sadly this latest purchase will be my last. I usually never write reviews on products, however I feel you should know as a company. The quality is completely gone and the sheets feel like the cheap generic rolls you would purchase from a discount store. At the PREMIUM PRICE PAID you expect the sheets to at least pickup a small spill, instead now I have to use double the sheets which breaks upon wetting. I have pictures of comparison from my previous purchase to this purchase and the difference is night and day. I suggest you guys at quality control/improvement get it together before other loyal customers stop purchasing. Not sure who at corporate authorized this change; it will cost the company dearly.

Bounty was one of the few brands our household *never* compromised on, even during soaring inflation costs. It's also the brand I brought to my workplace—a public library—for the most delicate to messy cleaning tasks. While my commitment to the product—despite the price—has remained unwavering, the company appears to have fallen for gimmicks and inferior materials. The “web-like” texture is scratchy, stiff, and not as absorbent as its classic weave, and the sheets are thinner and do not hold up as they have in the past. This is the first time I have ever researched a standard “household supply” to post a review, and I do so to let other consumers know that, “Yes; something has changed about that terrific roll of Bounty you used to reach for,” and “No; you're not alone in your experience.” Procter & Gamble…do better. Fix this. Sometimes newer is just newer…and you've messed with a classic.

I'm very unhappy with the paper towels that I have been getting lately. You must have changed something. They are not as smooth and absorbent as they used to be. I prefer the full size towel but that is harder to find. I also like the prints the best but again, hard to find. Before draining Fried foods were easy but the towels just aren't as absorbent and the texture isn't good. I would really like my old towels back.

I thought my husband accidentally bought a store brand paper towel, but was shocked when I realized it was Bounty's new triple ply select a size that we always buy. Good heavens… the Bounty paper towels are now very coarse, scratchy and worst of all THIN! They are less absorbent. A tissue would work better! Please, please change it back! We've been buying Bounty for decades, but I would be hesitant to buy it again if the quality does not improve. I called Bounty's 800 number to leave feedback also.

I have been using nothing but Bounty paper towels for 45 years. I don't mind paying more for them because they are (or were!) the best. My last purchase of 10 Full-Sheet Triple Rolls is awful. The towels have a much more "papery" and rough consistency, and they are not as durable. I noticed the difference right away, as soon as I opened the package. I then compared a "new" roll to a roll that I had remaining from my previous purchase, and there is definitely a big difference in the way the sheets feel. I cleaned my bathroom today with a "new" roll, and the sheets are definitely not as durable. The "old" towels felt and cleaned more like cloth and didn't fall apart. Did you think that your longtime and very loyal customers wouldn't notice? I am very disappointed and will have to resort to trying other brands. I've rolled with the various changes to Bounty over the years, but this latest change is the pits.

For 10 years ive been buying bounty because the superior quality. Well, i dont know why you did it but you changed the towel to be pretty much equal to a dollar store generic but kept the outrageous price. Yea ok bounty. Missed me with that. Im switching to a different brand. Bye.

Bought new bundle of Bounty paper towels recently. "Something" has changed and now Bounty is not a premium product. After years of purchasing, these "new" sheets of paper towels are thinner and not as effective in absorbing liquids. And each sheet is not nearly as durable -- this is the biggest negative. Shortly after use with just water, the sheet of towel tears and falls apart. In the past this never happened - I could even wash a couple towels in the washing machine (by accident!) and the towel came out of the pocket it was in. BUT it was still intact! So disappointing to find this paper towel is now less sturdy and robust.

I have used Bounty for over 20 years and was totally fine paying the premium price for a premium product. Then to my dismay I purchased a large 24 double roll pack and I about hit the roof when I placed them on my paper towel holder. I thought I had picked up the cheaper version by mistake. These paper towels are thin , cheap, sticky and want pick up anything. The texture is the worst part, I have severe texture issues and these were the only paper towel I could stand to touch. Shame on you Bounty, correct this , it's unacceptable and I don't want to hear anyone say nothing has changed you can't pull the wool over my eyes.

I have been buying and using bounty for over 20 years. Loved them so much, that I bragged about them. They held up great even in a pan of water to wash a load of dishes. However, over the last few months, they have not been the same. Not as strong. Fall apart after a short use. Very disappointing. Bounty isn't the same quality it once was.

Bounty used to be the only brand of paper towels I purchased. I purchased them because they were high quality. They were strong, absorbent, and yet soft enough if I grabbed one to blow my nose. I thought that because of COVID that they needed to make a change in the way they were produced, and continued to purchase them. They feel somewhat like sandpaper. But no longer, I've switched to a wholesale club brand and am much happier with them than I have been recently with Bounty. I was willing to even pay more, but no more.
