We have been buying Bounty select-a-size for years and have always been pleased with the product. However, our recent purchase of Bounty 10=30 Triples select-a-size 10-pack was extremely disappointing. The paper towels seem to be single-ply and they tear into pieces very easily when you pull one off of the roll; this has never happened before. Also, they fall apart very easily when you use them to wipe up messes. Again, this has never happened to us previously. Hopefully, this will not happen again or we may be switching brands of paper towels.

I have been using bounty paper towels forever the product has been great untill my last purchase the paper towels are now super thin very rough and not absorbent at all I have been paying a premium price to buy the paper towel product that I liked unfortunately I will have to change to a different product since the quality has dropped so suddenly and the price of the towels has probably increased rather than came down with the lesser product very disappointing the packaging all the same no info saying they changed the towels but they are about the quality of the bounty basic now but I buy the regular because I do not like the quality of the bounty basic either very very sad

I've been using Bounty over 20 years, they were the best. These new Bounty paper towels are horrible! I've used store brand paper towels more sturdy than this new product. If you're going to use inferior materials, you need to lower your price to match the quality! What a disappointment!

I have used Bounty Paper towels for years and loved them. But the rolls in the last 3 packs of 8-pack triple roll select-a-size white towels are not perforated all the way between sheets and the towels just shred as I try to tear one off. I went to a different store to buy the third pack after this happened with the first 2 packs, but it is still a problem with this third pack. What has happened to the quality?

Bought a 12 pack about 3 months ago and disappointed that this batch feel thin, scratchy and cheap. Believing it to be an anomaly, we since bought 2 more 12 packs....and they are the same cheap, thin and scratchy that was in the first pack we bought. I'm reading the other recent reviews of the same thing. P&G responses refer to each one as a singular instance. It's pretty obvious P&G changed something recently and that something is for the worse. I can't pay the "Bounty" premium for a non-Bounty product. Currently looking for other options.....we miss the old Bounty

I just have to laugh reading these replies from Bounty, such as this: "We'd like to mention that in February 2023, we upgraded our paper towels so that they deliver improved absorbency. They have a clothlike look and texture to enable messes to be picked up more quickly & completely." In fact, this package I have just bought (in March) shows the exact opposite. These towels used to be soft, absorbent, sturdy, and even reusable--as in while cleaning a big mess, you could ring them out (even rinse them) and keep using them. Now they are stiff, rough paper... not "cloth-like" in the least. A long time ago, I tried out the "Essentials" in place of the Select-A-Size. I didn't like them and decided to keep spending the extra money to have a nicer paper towel that worked so well. It was worth the extra cost. What you have sold me this time is worse than the Essentials used to be, which makes me wonder what you have done to those at this point in time. Come on now. I've used this brand for decades, even when finances were extremely tight, and you've lost me.

I thought my husband accidentally bought a store brand paper towel, but was shocked when I realized it was Bounty's new triple ply select a size that we always buy. Good heavens… the Bounty paper towels are now very coarse, scratchy and worst of all THIN! They are less absorbent. A tissue would work better! Please, please change it back! We've been buying Bounty for decades, but I would be hesitant to buy it again if the quality does not improve. I called Bounty's 800 number to leave feedback also.

We've been buying select-a-size Bounty paper towels for year. Love the usability. But perforation quality has recently (2021) gone down, making the select size option almost worthless as it doesn't tear correctly. However, that will not stop us from being loyal customers.

I am a loyal user of bounty paper towels. I use almost 2 rolls a day, for years so you can't fool me!!! They are thinner, have more “lint” and not the “quicker picker upper” they always were. I have to use twice the amount and am rethinking my paper towels. Friends and family have agreed with me so something needs to be revisited

I got on the bounty website so I could order FULL size bounty sheets in a double roll, I use them for my cleaning business. The 1/2 size sheets don't get the job done. I'm disappointed that I'm unable to buy paper towels from the company on their own site and was directed to a "near by" store that might possibly have the product I'm interested in. The "near by" store was a two hour drive away. I like the full sheet double roll because it fits in my cleaning caddy, Having a full sheet means I only need one sheet to wipe down the counters and sink and one for the toilet. I have had to use two 1/2 sheets on occasionally, but the perforated sheets separate while using and they become a pain to use. I guess I'm going to have to switch brands and go with my second choice of paper towel, one the stores carry full sheets for, Viva.
