We use (might become 'used') a lot of paper towels and have always purchased Bounty for many reasons. We have noticed a poorer quality of paper (feel and thickness) lately but so far this has been more of a textural issue rather than an absorbency issue; however, the absorbency has been an issue at times. We have found that we can no longer cleanly rip off one sheet. The roll just spins or it rips at the 2nd or 3rd sheet. No, we have not changed our towel rack nor how we handle the rolls. We also find that the end piece is glued down so tight that when trying to start the role it always tears the top row and the next layer of paper as well. Some of the sheets splitting mid sheet rather than at the perforated spot.

To preface, Bounty is my paper towel of choice. Hands down one of the best, most absorbent products on the market. The problem I'm having is understanding the size differences and accessibility to larger rolls. For comparison on your site, you list roll sizes: Regular, Double, Triple, Triple Plus, and Mega However I've seen additional rolls in-store and online (including your drop down menu after clicking "Buy Now") such as: Huge, Family, Double Plus, "Enourmous", Advanced Plus? What are the actual differences? I find myself aimlessly purchasing randomized sizes based on what's available in my local grocery store vs having an actual understanding of what it is I'm purchasing. I wouldn't have thought I needed an algebraic formula to figure this out. I'd appreciate a little more transparency regarding your product sizes, but appreciate the consistency of the product itself. I have been using Bounty for close to 25 years, this recent change has completely changed the product for the worst. The towels are thin, extremely rough and totally non-absorbent. I will not be buying Bounty again — poor quality and very expensive. So disappointed.

I have used Bounty for over 20 years and was totally fine paying the premium price for a premium product. Then to my dismay I purchased a large 24 double roll pack and I about hit the roof when I placed them on my paper towel holder. I thought I had picked up the cheaper version by mistake. These paper towels are thin , cheap, sticky and want pick up anything. The texture is the worst part, I have severe texture issues and these were the only paper towel I could stand to touch. Shame on you Bounty, correct this , it's unacceptable and I don't want to hear anyone say nothing has changed you can't pull the wool over my eyes.

I've recently bought Bounty paper towels as I have done for many years the new way it is being made is awful I'm not sure why or who decided to change it but it's terrible I will be changing my paper towels to something soft like Bounty use to be. Very unhappy of the new design.

I am a long time and very loyal Bounty paper towel user, well, I was ... until this week when I opened my new Bounty paper towels and discovered that they had changed dramatically. The new ones are absolutely horrible. They barely soak up liquid, they get wet in 2 wipes and stay wet and don't dry. I am returning my club pack today and will be forced to try other brands. This wasn't a slight product change, this was a massive product change ... someone made a grave product decision at your company.

my family has used bounty ever since I can remember... my mom always bought and since I have always as well. its been the best and would never buy anything else... until now unfortunately. everything has changed about it. quality isn't even half to what it used to be... rough and scratchy, feels cheap. AND the size is smaller!! I just so happen to have an old sheet and the new ones are at least an inch smaller in size. its not like the price has gone down in any of these changes so to me- just not worth it. such a bummer.

Have been using the Bounty Select-A-Size for years and have preferred Bounty over store brands because of the superior absorbency. However, I recently purchased a large package of Bounty Advanced, Select-A-Size, Longer Sheets. It was higher in price, not as thick, not absorbent, and no better than store brands. Very disappointed in quality.

I have been using bounty paper towels forever the product has been great untill my last purchase the paper towels are now super thin very rough and not absorbent at all I have been paying a premium price to buy the paper towel product that I liked unfortunately I will have to change to a different product since the quality has dropped so suddenly and the price of the towels has probably increased rather than came down with the lesser product very disappointing the packaging all the same no info saying they changed the towels but they are about the quality of the bounty basic now but I buy the regular because I do not like the quality of the bounty basic either very very sad

I have bought Bounty paper towels for at least the last 20 years. I found them far superior to other brands. But the last 2 packages I purchased are like paper napkins, thin, not very absorbent and fall apart easily. I will be trying other brands from now on to see if I can find a paper towel that is as good as Bounty used to be.
