I echo what everyone seems to be saying the quality has changed. You may have made changes for absorbency and other features, but you missed the mark if you've adversely impacted other things which are important to customers. Please take it back to the drawing board and address the texture and quality while retaining or improving the absorbency. Also, during the pandemic, the prints disappeared. I get it. Prints are back, but they are lame. There used to be much nicer prints, including seasonal designs, flowers, etc. The prints were a happy bonus when I had to clean up a mess. The prints now are disappointing.

I have been loyal to many P&G brands Bounty has been a staple for years however I just purchased two rolls and am seriously for the cost going to search other brands for store brands. They are thinner than ever the sheets do not hold up or pick up spills or water even moisture yet the price continues to increase? Seriously this corporation has made billions in profits at least keep the quality the same!

I've been a loyal Bounty user for decades and I was so disappointed in the quality I had to research it, only to discover I'm not alone. The paper towels are thin and almost translucent. It has lost its value proposition being a longstanding superior quality choice, and as such I'll be moving to another brand.

Bounty is really a quicker picker upper! I refuse to spend money on lesser than products, which is why I always buy Bounty. I love that I can select a smaller paper towel for little messes. It absorbs so much more than its competitors. I use fewer paper towels! My advice: don't waste money on paper products that won't accomplish the task the first time. Buy Bounty!! Don't look back!!

I have always used Bounty Select A Size. Now, however, it seems we are getting fewer towels on a roll. I recently bought the one roll, TRIPLE SIZE, and it didn't last as long as the single rolls that I used to buy. I think it is a rip off and the rolls do not state how many paper towels are on the roll. I think we are getting ripped off.

I have been using Bounty for many years and I have recently noticed a change in the quality of the product. The sheets are thinner and weaker and they tear easily across the sheet instead of breaking along the perforated edges as the older product. Something definitely has changed in the manufacturing process as the product has deteriorated in quality. How unfortunate, but I hope you find this feedback helpful, as intended. Regards Umar

I've only purchase and use Bounty for my paper towels. Not only were they durable, but also soft enough for the paper towels to be used in many different applications. This recent change to the patter and texture made me go onto this website and write a review. I have not written a review good or bad for anything (product or a restaurant, etc.) in over a decade. Please change Bounty to how it was before with the original pattern and texture. Performance was perfect for many uses cases. While this new pattern/texture may have improved performance in some cases, it limits how expansive Bounty can be used for many applications. About me: I have a sweatshirt with a Bounty graphic logo on it because I loved Bounty so much, and I also have a Ph.D in engineering. Please change it back.

I have used Bounty my entire life due to it being a high quality product. What happened suddenly? The last two packs I have purchased have been a disappointment. The towels are so rough and poor quality. It's worse than any generic brand. Why did you change the texture. I am forced to buy a different brand now.

Lifelong customer. I never buy any paper towels other than Bounty. Was always happy to pay more money for a solid paper towel. However, this “new improvement” is terrible. They are thinner, do not tear evenly at the perforations, and do not hold up as well. Bounty claims they are new technology that trap and lock better but I tried this side by side with the same amount of water and the new paper towels are worse. Very disappointed. If they were actually better, Bounty would have marketed these as new and improved. Instead they tried to slip these in without us noticing. Very deceitful.

You keep saying you last changed your formula/technology in Feb 2021 but we don't believe you. Didn't start encountering these newer, less absorbent, inferior paper towels until literally a few weeks ago. Go back to the old formula or you'll have lost another 20+ year customer for good
